Do I have to pay postage?

We offer free delivery on orders from UK. This applies to UK orders only. Wherever possible we send the next working day, but our stock is very popular, so occasionally there are times when we are waiting for stock to arrive. If this is the case we will email or text you to let you know.

For UK orders, we use Royal Mail tracked.

Do you send to countries outside the UK?

We send to most countries; the full list is available at checkout. Postage cost to Europe is £12.50, USA is £14.50 and rest of the world is £19.50. All international orders are sent by Royal Mail tracked and signed for. Free international delivery for orders over £150.

What happens if I need an exchange or refund?

As long as the items are in perfect, unworn condition, we are happy to exchange or refund. However, the cost of return is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For as the most cost effective and safe option for returns.

If in doubt about your size, you can order 2 Different Sizes and return the unwanted item for free (full price garments, UK inland only)

We are happy to accept returns, however if you wish to have a replacement sent there will be an additional delivery charge.

Can I ring about my order?

How do I send items back?

There will be a despatch note inside your parcel. If you need to send any items back for a refund/exchange, please write down your instructions on this note and put the note in the parcel when you return it. The return address is shown on the top of the note. Please return in the original packaging.

How quickly will I get my money back?

We process returns as quickly as possible, but it could take a few days. If you have paid by Worldpay the funds can take a little longer to show in your bank account. We will email you to let you know that your refund has been processed.

Can I visit Real Hoxton in person?

We are an online-only business so we do not have a shop, but we are happy for customers to visit our warehouse and HQ in Whitechapel, East London. Please let us know in advance, by ringing or emailing us, as we are not always here.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We dispatch every day, Monday to Friday. If we receive your order by 2pm we will aim to dispatch the same day. Shipping time depends on Royal Mail but in most cases, it takes 48 hours. If you are outside of the UK, you should receive your order within 1-2 weeks.

Can I have my order sent to my workplace?

We are happy to send to a different shipping address. But please note, we will only deliver to the address, not a next door neighbour, unless we have your permission. If you have any special requests/requirements for the delivery, there is a section for this at the checkout.

In many cases orders are shipped next working day.
International: Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. There are rare occasions where items get stuck in customs in the local country.

Duties and Taxes

Any taxes or duty fees incurred by shipping to overseas addresses are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Real Hoxton.
